Hello, I’m Chanchal Modi, founder of Hybrid Career Solutions.

With 16 years of experience in teaching, I’ve had the opportunity to understand students, their learning journeys, their challenges, and their aspirations. Over the years, I’ve realised that every student is different, with their own strengths, interests, and dreams.

I believe choosing a career is about much more than selecting a course or earning a degree. It’s about understanding yourself, recognising what you enjoy, and exploring a path that feels right for your future.

But I also know that making these decisions isn’t always easy. Students often feel confused about which subjects to choose, which course to pursue, or which career to consider. Parents, too, want the best for their children but may find it difficult to understand the many options available today.

This is where I hope to make a difference.

Through Hybrid Career Solutions, I want to help students understand their options, discover their potential, and make academic and career decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

My Journey and Why I Started Hybrid Career Solutions

Teaching has taught me that education is about much more than textbooks, examinations, and marks. It’s also about understanding students, recognising their abilities, encouraging them to ask questions, and helping them grow.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand that every student has a different way of learning and a different path to follow. What works for one student may not necessarily work for another.

This is one of the reasons I wanted to extend my work beyond classroom teaching and help students think about their academic choices and future careers.

I wanted to create a space where students could talk openly about their doubts, explore different possibilities, and make decisions without feeling pressured to follow their friends or meet someone else’s expectations.

That’s the idea behind Hybrid Career Solutions.

My approach is simple: listen first, understand the individual, explore the possibilities, and work towards practical next steps.

I believe that when students have the right information and the opportunity to understand themselves better, they can make more thoughtful decisions about their future.

What Makes My Approach Different?

Understanding Before Advising

I don’t believe in suggesting a career simply because it is popular, well-paid, or preferred by others. I believe in first understanding a student’s interests, abilities, concerns, and aspirations.

Keeping the Individual at the Centre

There is no single formula for success. Every student has different circumstances and goals. My aim is to help each individual explore options that make sense for them.

Focusing on Clarity, Not Pressure

Career decisions can feel overwhelming, especially when students worry about making the wrong choice. I want to make these conversations comfortable and practical, helping students understand their options without adding to their pressure.

Connecting Learning With the Future

My background in teaching has helped me appreciate how academic choices, skills, and interests can influence future opportunities. I want students to understand how what they learn today can help them explore possibilities for tomorrow.

Parents naturally want the best for their children, while students want to find a path that suits them. I value open conversations that help families understand different options while respecting the student’s interests and individuality.
